"40 Under 40" Award - Will Spencer
SEATTLE (March 10, 2020) — Professional Builder magazine unveiled its annual “40 Under 40” list of rising stars in the home building industry, and William Spencer of Spencer Cabinetry is among the honorees profiled in the March 2020 issue. We’re proud of Will and appreciate the leadership he’s brought to our team here at Spencer.
I’m writing to you with my tail between my legs. I wound up ordering our cabinets from another “all wood” manufacturer.
Right away I noticed differences compared to the cabinets we purchased from you a couple of years ago.
The width of the drawers is narrow compared to the drawer fronts, the dovetail joints are rough to the touch, the soft close glides are not as smooth, the rubber bumper pads are just stuck on with adhesive.
Sadly, I could go on and on.
Lesson learned! Next time we need cabinets, I’ll be coming your way. I’ll also send referrals your way when I can. You should be very proud of the cabinets you produce.
